The moving support comprises a sliding mechanical assembly supporting a W.C. bowl and tank assembly. It comprises guiding means integral with a fixed support (7) for guiding the vertical motion of a moving support (9) on which an adaptor is fixed for supporting the W.C. bowl (1). The discharge conduits comprise bellows (17, 15) allowing the vertical motion and the mounting and dismounting of the device of the present invention. Application to sanitary installations for persons with different morphologies.
