PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of printed boards of a memory counter and to automate welding operation by providing supporting substrates to the reverse surfaces of code printed surfaces for respective digits of flexible printed boards for reading the rotation positions of rotating members. CONSTITUTION:Rotary disks 101-104 are rotated via gear 11 according to the consumption of water or gas, and the rotation positions of rotary disks 101-104 are read out by position relations between codes printed on flexible printed board 20 and contacts 12 and 13 sliding on those codes. Supporting substrates 40a and 40b of flexible printed board 20 have flexible printed board 20 on one-sided surfaces of them. Consequently, the flexible printed substrates can be extended upright and when they are extended, one surface is a code printed surface and the other a supporting substrate fitting surface, so that the manufacture of the flexible printed board is facilitated. |
