COLD ROLLING MILL OIL FOR STEEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a high-speed mill clean rolling mill oil (for cold rolling of steel) having excellent lubricating properties and annealing properties, containing a specified higher monoester. CONSTITUTION:A higher monoester synathesized from a 21-28C fatty acid and a 16-28C monohydric alcohol, (e.g. palmity hencoinate or oleyl montanate) is used. Said ester is blended with fat and oil (e.g. talllow oil), a polybasic acid ester (e.g. dioleyl sebacate), a lower monoester (e.g. methyl octylate) or a hydrocarbon polymer (e.g. an ethylene-propylene copolymer) to prepare the titled rolling mill oil.
