The purpose of the present invention is to control a temperature of hot water within a short time while reducing a load to a boiler by forming a hot water heating device in a supply pipe of a cold/hot water distribute to secondarily heat the hot water of a predetermined temperature supplied from the boiler in the cold/hot water distributer. According to the present invention, provided is the boiler with the cold/hot water distributer including the hot water heating device including a temperature sensor measuring a current temperature of a corresponding room to generate the current temperature as the value of the current temperature; a central control device calculating an operational value to operate the cold/hot water distributer and either the boiler or the hot water heating device in accordance with the current temperature and a preset temperature value after receiving the preset temperature values of each room; the boiler driven or stopped according to driving signals of the central control device to generate the hot water supplied to pipes of each room; the cold/hot water distributer opening and closing a switch for supplying the hot water supplied from the boiler or cutting off the supply of the hot water according to switch opening and closing signals of the central control device; and the hot water heating device heating the hot water supplied from the boiler according to the hot water supply driving signals of the central control device with a power source supplied from a distribution panel. |
