The present invention relates to a mobile terminal capable of setting a page area and size when printing a created memo or converting the memo into another document format, and a memo editing method thereof. The method comprises: a step of overlapping and inputting a memo onto content; a step of setting a page area and height of the memo on a memo edit screen to edit the created memo; and a step of matching the content and the memo included in the edited memo and converting the content and the memo into an image file at the time of exporting.
