An embodiment of the present invention relates to a structure for coupling a back cover and a middle frame of a slim-type display device to facilitate the combination and separation of the back cover and the middle frame installed to a slip-type display, and a coupling method thereof. For this, the structure may include the back cover which is combined with the back of a display panel for displaying an image, the middle frame which is located between the display panel and the back cover and is installed to the edge of the back cover; and a combination part which is installed to the edge of the back cover for coupling the back cover with the middle frame.
