Writing instrument was consisted of a knock-type sharp pencil part and a ball-point pen part in a same axis case(1). The axis case had two guide channels(10) which actuate alternately; their guiding sliders(7'); slip-type cam(8) which actuates the pencil part and the ball-point pen part alternately to open-end part(17); the slider(7) enables the lead of a pencil to move ahead or backward by knocking.
