A connection device for a thin-wall flexible tube and a connection method therefor. The connection device comprises a joint (1), a fixed sleeve (2) built in the joint and used for supporting the joint, and an outer ring (3) sleeving outside the flexible tube to compress the flexible tube onto the joint. A first limiting baffle plate (11), a groove (12), an inner side (15) of a second limiting baffle plate, an outer side (14) of the second limiting baffle plate, and two or more pawls (13) are sequentially disposed on an outer wall surface of the joint (1). The directions of pawls are directions that help the flexible tube being inserted while not exiting. The outer ring (3) is made of a plastic material that expands and becomes flexible after water absorption. Two or more pawls (22) in the directions opposite to those of the pawls (13) of the joint are disposed on the inner wall of the outer ring. In a connection state, the positions of the pawls (22) of the outer ring are staggered with those of the pawls (13) of the joint. According to the connection device, the sealed connection between the flexible tube and the joint is realized on the basis of the characters that the plastic outer ring material expands and becomes flexible after water absorption and elastically and naturally contracts. |
