PURPOSE:To improve insulation breakdown voltage by winding a peeled-off mica tape or a flake mica tape around the part of the coil other than the straight-line part thereof and by applying later full-impregnation insulation processing thereto. CONSTITUTION:On each part of a conductor 10 other than the straight-line part B thereof, an insulated lsyer 11 is formed by using the peeled-off mica tape or the flake mica tape. Thereafter the full-impregnation insulation processing is applied thereto. The electric insulated coil thus constituted has excellent characteristics that even the thread-tightened parts inside and outside of the iron core thereof have high insulation breakdown voltage and little ununiformity and that weak points are few throughout the coil. |
