PURPOSE:To prevent buckling by bending of less than minimum bending diameter in single pipe by providing a coiled rigid body of a metal or a fiber-reinforced resin to the inside or periphery of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:Plastic material plasticized by an extruder is introduced from a connecting hole 2 between a cross head 1 and the extruder into the aperture between the cross head 1 and a flow guide, and then extruded into a pipe form as soon as the direction of its flow is changed. Then, the pipe is adjusted into a fixed dimension by a sizing device, solidified by cooling, and coiled up by a winder to obtain a product pipe 5, where a coiled rigid body of a metal or FRP is charged through a hole 7 provided in the flow guide 3 into the pipe 9 to manufacture a flexible plastic pipe 10 with the coiled rigid body 8. |
