摘要

The aim of processing extracts of roasting products other than coffee is to reduce their content of undesirable substances, such as bitter or tart substances. The method consists in placing the extract in contact with a solid ligneous adsorbent of vegetable origin, based on carob for example, and then in collecting the processed extract after having separated it from the adsorbent.
