The light source of the reflection light fitting has a radiating surface at least partly spherical, or cylindrical with a horizontal axis. The reflector has elements directing the light in preferred directions. The vertical section plane of each element is aligned relative to the coordinate axes. Each reflector element defines an upper reflector edge, as well as a lower reflector edge at a light outlet aperture. When viewed against the vertical Y-axis it suppresses any reflection above an upper radiation angle. Both coordinate axes are defined by equations, relating to the radius of the light source at a tangential contact point, to the upper radiation angle, and to a variable angle between the X-axis and the light source radius. Each reflector element is defined by specified coordinates, related to angular conditions to the upper reflector edge. |
