Fabric covered buckle with bar and pin - has tubular cover fitted over separate hoop before connecting bar to same

The buckle comprises a bar (1) with a pin attached and includes a covered hooped bar (3). The bar (1) and the hoop (3) are designed as separate parts which can be connected together while the cover (4) is made of a tubular section which is drawn onto the hooped bar (3). The cover can now be fitted before the hooped bar is connected to the bar avoiding the need for laborious gluing or stitching. A more economical mass production is now possible. The bar pref. has at its ends a sleeve while the hooped bar has at its ends noses by means of which it can lock on rear-cut sections in the sleeves.
