PURPOSE:To input data rapidly and easily without special skillfulness by printing out the data item of an assigned transaction and corresponding guide during header data inputting operation and by performing the guide display of data to be inputted on a display device. CONSTITUTION:Input data from keyboard KB equipped with ten keys and function keys is displayed on display device DP for monitoring and also displayed for guiding according to predetermined format. In header data inputting operation, CPU discriminates which transaction key has been operated and the header that corresponds to the assigned transaction is printed out by printer PRNT. Simultaneously, the data item of the a-signed transaction, corresponding guide display code, indication of the number of digits of the data, check digit code, etc., are printed out in the order of the input format and the guide display is made by display device DP to facilitate the data inputting operation. |
