PURPOSE:To facilitate operation in constant-rate deduction and to shorten print-out time by presetting a deduction rate in a deduction-rate setting memory and by performing deduction calculation automatically only by inputting the commodity sale amount. CONSTITUTION:If a deduction rate is inputted from keyboard 3 while a setting signal for setting is being inputted from control switch 2, CPU1 sets the deduction rate in the deduction-rate setting memory in RAM15. Next, when a setting signal for registration is inputted with switch 2 and the commodity sale amount is inputted from keyboard 3, CPU1 judges it the input of the 1st commodity sale amount and prints out the deduction rate in the deduction-rate setting memory on printer 27. Next, CPU1 performs the deduction processing of the commodity sale amount on the basis of the set deduction rate to obtain the deduction amount and the commodity sale amount after deduction, which are printed out on a receipt by printer 27. Every time the commodity sale amount is inputted, the deduction amount and that after deduction are printed out. |
