摘要 |
PURPOSE:To enhance diagnostic precision by converting a solid sound generated by a bearing to an electric signal in the form of a speed acceleration signal, taking out only a frequency band required for diagnosis, obtaining an envelop wave-form and using as a scale for abnormality diagnosis a value obtained by a prearranged formula using the average square root value of a square of the envelop wave form and a peak value. CONSTITUTION:A speed acceleration detector 1 is closely 1 is closely attached to a bearing to be diagnosed and a solid sound generated from a bearing is converted to an electric signal in the form of a speed acceleration oscillation. Only a frequency band required for the diagnosis of a bearing of oscillation wave-forms is extracted by means of a filter 2. A signal passing through the filter 2 is introduced into an envelop detection circuit 3. An output signal from this circuit is fed to RMS value(Vrms) calculation circuit 5 and a peak value (Vpeak) calculation circuit 6, thus performing an operation of ''Q'' value as indicated by the formula I with the help of a calculation circuit 7. In this formula, (a) and (b) are constants. This Q value is decided by a decision circuit 11. |
