<p>The adjustable windsurfer rig has an open ended grip bar (6) fitted to the mast (1) and with one limb each side of the sail. The sail is held on a boom (4), which has a selective coupling to the grip bar. The middle of the grip bar is linked to the adjustable mast by a flexible joint (12), while the boom is slotted into the mast with a T-section joint. The grip bar is lightweight and simple. It can be extended using hinged sections to replace the boom for different rig types.</p> |
