<p>The push button switch with an indicator lamp situated underneath is supported by a rectangular housing including a second chamber adjacent to the lamp chamber, fitted with a removable cover (10). A plate (5) which fits over the top of this cover carries a thin strip (6) with indicator markings on it. The cover is L-shaped, with a vertical end (12) which fits into a recess down one end of the housing. The top surface of the cover has a flat central part (15) with a sloping part (16,17) projecting from it on each side. The central part has a rear slot (20) and front slot (18) for insertion of corresponding lugs (25,22) on the plate. The sloping parts have portions (11) projecting from the rear which lock into recesses in the housing. The vertical end (12) also has a locking lug (24) across the bottom.</p> |
