<p>The ventilation system is esp. for an electro-oven with the door enclosing the oven miffle and having a long handgrip. A switch hood is installed above the door. A fan produces a cooling and steam-removing air stream during working. The parts to which the user requires access are kept cool, i.e. the switching elements, oven door etc. do not become uncomfortably hot. The cooling air is drawn in the region of the switch hood and beneath the oven door. The air drawn in below the door flows through the latter, passes the handgrip and reaches the switching space. The cooling air sucked in by the fan is ejected outwards, below the oven door, after circulating round the muffle.</p> |
