PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily drying transparent film which has high transparency and heat resistance and can easily desorption of water molecules; and an electronic element and an organic electroluminescent element having the same.SOLUTION: An easily drying transparent film contains a thermoplastic resin and at least one compound having a structure represented by general formula (1).
