PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot blast straightener and coating dehydration method for satisfying dehydration condition of wet coating over an entire automobile body within a coating dehydration device.SOLUTION: A hot blast straightener device 60 is a device operated in such a way that an automobile body B including an outer plate part and a narrow part N is transported into a drying furnace main body 10, hot blast is blown from a hot blast blowing-out port 25 arranged in the drying furnace main body 10 against the automobile body B, when the coating film is coated at the outer plate part and the narrow part N, it is installed at the automobile body B, hot blast blown out of the blowing-out port 25 is blown against it to control a hot blast flowing direction to promote drying of the coated film coated at the narrow part N, the device comprises deflector plate 61 arranged near the hot blast blowing-out port 25 and the narrow part N for striking the hot air blown from the hot blast blowing-out port 25 and deflecting hot blast flowing direction toward the narrow part N and an installing leg part 62 for installing the deflector plate 61 to the automobile body B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5A |
