PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high penetration degree asphalt composition for recycling which recoveries deteriorated asphalt contained in an asphalt paving waste with initial softness repeatedly without using complicated processes or expensive additive components and is capable of repeatedly recycling the asphalt paving waste.SOLUTION: There is provided a high penetration degree asphalt composition for recycling for recycling an asphalt paving waste having penetration degree (1/10 mm) of 150 to 300, asphaltene content of 1 to 8 wt.% and resin content of 20 to 35 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
