PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an integrated circuit in which the supply of source power to a first circuit block communicating with a debugger is halted in a prescribed operation mode to be debugged as to its operation in the prescribed operation mode by an external debugger.SOLUTION: The supply of source power to a first circuit block 11 is halted in a prescribed operation mode, but a second circuit block 12 keeps operating in the prescribed operation mode without the supply of source power halted. A clamp circuit 15 switches, during debugging, the output value of the clamp circuit 15 from one of (a) a value simulating a signal inputted from the first circuit block 11 to the second circuit block 12 in the prescribed operation mode and (b) the value of a signal outputted from the first circuit block 11 to the other. A debug processing unit 31 transmits a debug signal indicating the state of the second circuit block 12 to a debugger 2 on the basis of a signal transmitted from the second circuit block 12 via a signal line 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
