PURPOSE:To prevent grave secondary disaster with a higher response of action to pressure rise in a tank by means of a pressure sheltering chamber filled with a noncombustible gas in a capacity enough to complelely hold a high temperature gas and oil released. CONSTITUTION:A bag 8 made up of a rubber sheet or a flexible sheet such as metal foil is housed in a pressure sheltering chamber 7 vacuum inside in such a manner as to be mounted oil sealed. The pressure chamber 7 is provided with a vacuum monitoring device 17 for vacuumness and a port 20 for housing the bag 8. While the transformer works normally, a pressure sheltering valve 5 mounted on the side wall of a tank and the pressure sheltering chamber 7 and a connection tube 6 divided by the bag 8 are kept vacuum inside and the vacuum external pressure thus generated inflates the bag fully inside the chamber 7. A pressure releasing device 9 at an air releasing section of the bag 8 senses the action of the pressure sheltering valve 5 through a contact device 6 and can work by a slight time lag to release air. This can prevent the secondary disaster such as fire. |
