PHASE CONTROL OSCILLATING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent the influence of thermal noise, by applying outputs of two phase comparators to a microwave voltage control oscillator as control voltage inputs to form a phase synchronizing loop. CONSTITUTION:Phase comparator 5 outputs a control voltage even for a step-out part. Operating voltage detecting circuit 28 detects this control voltage to make switch circuit 29 conductive or open. When the control voltage enters into a prescribed range, switch circuit 29 is opened, and driving circuit 30 stops driving of step motor 27. The output of power branching equipment 22 and the output of power distributor 23 are applied to sampling phase comparator 24 to perform phase comparison, and the output is amplified by amplifier 25 and is given to filter 26. The output filter 26 is returned to control voltage input terminal 13 of microwave voltage control oscillator 21.
