<p>The plant comprises at least two vehicles (1-2) comprising retractable rear faces (17) which enable them to be coupled in pairs via their front faces (19-20), one of the said vehicles being provided with a sealing means (21), removable assembly members (22) providing the coupling of the said vehicles (1-2), these two vehicles being provided with kneading stations (11) and cooking stations (6) respectively connected to a water reservoir carried by a vehicle and to the generating set (7) providing the electrical power needed for their operation such that the entire plant is mounted so as to be mobile on wheels.
