PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of performing external correction, reducing an occupied area of a reading circuit, and reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device has a pixel and a reading circuit. The pixel has a transistor, and a display element. The reading circuit has a function selection unit and an operational amplifier. The transistor is electrically connected with the function selection unit via wiring. The operational amplifier is electrically connected with the function selection unit. The function selection unit has at least one switch. The function selection unit can select a function of the reading circuit by switching of the switch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
