PURPOSE:To facilitate discriminating position information, by receiving position information, which is transmitted from a fixed transmission device, by a receiving device mounted on a vehicle and by reporting position information with voice. CONSTITUTION:Fixed transmission device T consisting of signpost transmitter 1 and position information signal generator 2 is installed in a prescribed position. When a vehicle such as a taxi approaches device T, the position information signal transmitted from device T is detected by receiving device R mounted on the mobile material. Device R outputs a voice signal corresponding to received position information from speaker 8 as voice, so that position information is discriminated safely. |
