PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auction system and an auction method which allow an appropriate lowest successful bid price or lowest bidding price to be set without costs and an exhibitor having technical knowledge and allow sales at a higher price.SOLUTION: An auction system 10 has an auction control part 60 to which an exhibitor terminal 30, a purchase applicant terminal 40, and a manager terminal 50 are connected. The auction control part 60 receives information by which a purchase applicant is selected as an assessor from the manager terminal 50 and the exhibitor terminal 30, discloses commodity information to the purchase applicant terminal 40 selected as the assessor, receives from the purchase applicant terminal 40 purchase assessment price, receives from the exhibitor terminal 30 determination information about whether to sell at a highest assessing price or to proceed to an auction, discloses to the purchase applicant terminal 40 the commodity information when proceeding to the auction, determines a lowest successful bid price according to the highest assessment price, and receives bidding from the purchase applicant terminal 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
