PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sensitive coagulative aqueous polyurethane resin composition capable of manufacturing a leathery material excellent in feeling and antibacterial property by a heating coagulation method, excellent in storage stability and migration preventive property during manufacturing, and the leathery material excellent in manufacturing adequacy and environmental adequacy as well as feeling and antibacterial property.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat sensitive coagulative aqueous polyurethane resin composition containing (A) a polyurethane resin having at least one kind of anionic group selected from a carboxyl group and a sulfonic acid group in a molecule and (B) a heat sensitive coagulator, where the (B) component is a tertiary ammonium salt compound and the (B) component is blended at 0.1 to 50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the (A) component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
