PURPOSE:To easily mass-produce a small and thin film type electromagnetic converter, by forming a magnetic core, a winding, etc. by use of a thin film technology. CONSTITUTION:On a plastic film (not shown in the figure), a magnetic substance layer 1 having a gap 3 is printed by use of a thin film printing technology, and subsequently, plural through holes 4 which have been arrayed in two zigzag rows. Plural electric conductors 5 are printed in parallel so that the through holes 4 of two upper and lower rows are connected diagonally. Then, the magnetic substance layer 1 is peeled off from the plastic film, the surface and the reverse side are made in reverse, it is moved onto other plastic film, thereafter, plural electric conductors 6 are printed on the reverse side of the magnetic layer 1 in the same way, and a coil which goes around one side of the magnetic substance layer 1 is formed. Subsequently, a layered body which has been obtained is calcined, and the magnetic substance layer 1, the electric conductors 5, 6, etc. are sintered, which is made an electromagnetic conversion element.
