PURPOSE:To heighten the oil sealing and airtightness while facilitating the assembly and reducing the size by applying a glass taping to a resin rib inward from both ends with a through hole provided at the resin buried section of a flat conductor and a V-shaped groove on the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of a copper plate-shaped conductor 1 is buried into a resin body 3 made of epoxy resin or the like by injection method. The resin body 3 is provided with a rib section 3a, a flange section 3b extending at the right angle thereto and a shell section 3c. A plurality of through holes 5 and a V groove 4 parallel to the flange section 3b formed on the surface of the conductor are provided at the section where the conductor 1 is buried into the resin, particularly in the rib section 3a. A glass tape or glass rib leg 2 is wound around the surface of the conductor at the width of about 20-30mm. from both ends of the rib section 3a of the resin body 3. This enables simple assembly and compactization without leakage of oil and gas leaving no uneven residual stress inside a injected product. |
