PURPOSE:To prevent a grave secondary disaster with a higher response of action to a pressure rise in a tank by means of a pressure sheltering chamber filled with a nonconbustible gas with a capacity enough to hold high temperature gas and oil released completely. CONSTITUTION:A bag 8 made up of a rubber sheet or a flexible sheet such as metal foil is housed in a pressure sheltering chamber 7 filled with a noncombustion gas in such a manner as to be mounted oil sealed. The inside of the chamber 7 and the inside of a connection tube 6 divided by a pressure sheltering valve 5 on the side of a tank 3 is sealed with carbon dioxide or other noncombustible gas 19 such as nitrogen gas at an atmosphiric pressure or less. The chamber 7 is provided with a pressure monitoring device 18 for a sealing pressure of the noncombustible gas 19 and a port 20 for housing the bag 8. A contact device 14 mounted to the connection tube 6 actuates the pressure sheltering valve 5 to inject gas and oil so that a lever is turned to activate a limit switch. This can prevent a secondary disaster as a fire. |
