The present invention relates to a deck plate installation structure for an offshore structure and an offshore structure having the same. The deck plate installation structure for an offshore structure avoids a conventional method using a field change section due to the interference of a secondary reinforcement member and enables the loading of blocks using a regular loading method by opening a part of a deck plate and forming a loose plate to be rotated. Moreover, the deck plate installation structure for an offshore structure facilitates a quality control and remarkably improves workability by processing the deck plate using a flat welding method.
