Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for recommending a movie based on hybrid filtering. An embodiment of the present invention collects user information from a terminal and extracts similarity with a plurality of stored pieces of user information, generates recommended movie information based on the similarity, and displays the recommended movie information in a social network service (SNS) of a user.
