<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated body having no local deformation, by providing a press head inserted in a freely slidable state in a press room having a uniform cross sectional face fitting to a plate body and, an outer frame holding a press body in a freely slidable state, and surrounding an inner frame. CONSTITUTION:A jig for pressing consists of an inner frame 13 made of a rigid body by which a press room 14 having a uniform cross sectional face fitting to the dimension of a plate body (a), a press body 15 having a press head 16 inserted in a freely slidable state in said press room 14 and an outer frame 11 holding said press body 15 in a freely slidable state and surrounding airtightly the inner frame 13. For this jig for pressing, as the inner frame 13 containing the plate body (a) and the outer frame 11 forming vacuum condition are separated bodies each other and the inner frame 13 is made of a rigid body, wherein the press head 16 can be slided, the part surrounding the laminated plate body (a) does not deform at all during pressing. Therefore, the inside shape of the inner frame 13 is always constant and all the plate bodies (a) are thereby similarly compressed.</p> |
