PURPOSE:To enable to utilize the titled brake in the method of position controlling, to improve responsiveness and also to improve cooling effect by a method wherein a revolving body is formed by bonding a hysteresis magnetic plate and a conductive plate together and is faced to the field on the fixed side and a ventilating means is provided on the boss to be used for fixing a rotating plate. CONSTITUTION:A rotating plate 2 is formed by bonding the hysteresis magnetic plate 4 and the conductive plate together, is faced to the field 6 which forms a counter polarity alternately through the intermediary of the field void 7 and a magnetic member 11 is faced to the reverse side of the field 6 through the intermediary of the second void 12. In addition, a vane 3b is formed on the boss 3 to be used for fixing the rotating plate 2 to a rotating shaft 1 and is forming the path for cooling air. When the exciting coil 10 of the field 6 is energized, different kinds of torques are generated on the hysteresis plate 4 and the conductive plate 5 respectively and can be utilized in the position controlling method, because torque is generated even when the rotating force is zero. Also, the inertia of the rotating body is small and the responsiveness can be improved. |
