PURPOSE:To improve position resolution through sumplifying the manufacturing process, eliminting a waste space and increasing the packing density, by inserting and arraying detector units in the gaps between collimator plates. CONSTITUTION:Collimator plates 371, 372, 373- are arrayed in housing, and in gaps of collimator plates 371, 372, 373-, radiation detecting elements 311, 312, 313- are interposed in array. On top and reverse surfaces of collimators 371, 372, 373-, mutually insulated conductor films 391 and 392 are provided. When radiation detecting elements 311, 312, 313- are housed, their prositive and negative lead-out electrodes 34 and 35 are allowed to contact with conductor films 391 and 392 on the collimator plates, so that output signals of detecting elements 311, 312, 313- will be led out of the housing via conductor films 391 and 392 on the collimator plates. |
