PURPOSE:To enable the formation of shortened flames into blue flames, by a method wherein a burner consists of an inner and an outer burner which are positioned concentrically, and fuel oil, atomized through a main nozzle of an outer burner, is heated and gasified through the generation of heat at the inner burner for combustion. CONSTITUTION:The fuel oil is fed through a fuel oil inlet 4 into an oil chamber 5 where an electric heater 3 heats it to above the boiling point of the fuel oil for gasification. Fuel gas is mixed with air flown through an air inlet 6 in a mixing chamber 7, and is burned with a jet of the mixture through a combustion surface 8. The combustion flame is jetted through a front end 9 of an inner burner 2, and simultaneously, it transfers a high temperature to the surface of the burner 2 and heat transfer fins 10 to sufficiently heat fuel oil, sprayed through a main nozzle 11 at a rear end of an outer cylinder burner 1, for gasification. The fuel, sprayed and gasified through the main nozzle 11, is mixed with air, preheated and fed through an air jacket 14, in a main air mixture chamber 18, and is jetted through a main combustion surface 13. |
