PURPOSE:To obtain foamed sheet filled and having surface skin with excellent workability by adding and mixing crosslinking agent and foam agent to the power which is made by adding inorganic filling agent, lubricant and silane coupling agent to olefin resin and heating it, filling fused and encluded under given condition. CONSTITUTION:30-70pts.wt. of inorganic agent, 0.6-2pts.wt. of lubricant and 0.5-1.5pts.wt. of silane coupling agent are added to 100pts.wt. of olefin resin and are heated and mixed by a high-speed fixing and kneading machine. This kneaded resin is crashed and made into powder by a ribbonblender, peletizer or the like at under 110 deg.C. 0.1-1.0pt.wt. of crosslinking agent and 0.6-3pts.wt. of organic decomposition type foaming agent are added and mixed with this powder and fused extrusion is conducted by an extruder. The fused resin is cooled by more than 10 deg.C until die and maintain the resin discharge pressure at 190-260kg/cm<2> and the discharge port and sicharge film are cooled so that the surface is hardly foamed, thus improving the adhesion between the filler and the resin so as to form reinforcement by bridge formation of resin. |
