PURPOSE:To get rid of deterioration of a filter characteristic, which is caused by a variation of temprature, by charging the space between the outside electric conductor and the inside electric conductor with a dielectric whose coefficient of linear expansion is smaller than the inside electric conductor, providing a groove making a right angle to the length direction in the inside electric conductor, and fixing the end of the inside electric conductor to the dielectric. CONSTITUTION:The space between the outside electric conductor 6 and the inside electric conductors 1-5 is charged with a dielectric 11 whose coefficient of linear expansion is smaller than the inside electric conductor, also a groove making a right angle to the length direction is provided in the inside electric conductors 1-5, and one end of the inside electric conductors 2-4, which is not connected to the outside electric conductor 6 is fixed to the dielectric 11. In this way, even if the inside electric conductors 1-5 expand larger than the dielectric 11 due to rise of a temperature, since both the ends are fixed, a thin part placed between the groove of the inside electric conductors 1-5 is transformed, and the whole length of the inside electric conductors 1-5 are not varied. Accordingly, it is possible to get rid of deterioration of a filter characteristic by constituting so that the resonance frequency is not varied due to a temperature. |
