<p>Novel substituted N-3-trifluoromethylphenyl-N'-benzoylureas of the formula <IMAGE> in which R1 denotes hydrogen, chlorine or bromine; R2 denotes chlorine or bromine; R3 denotes fluorine or chlorine; and R4 denotes hydrogen, fluorine or chlorine, the process for the preparation of these compounds and compositions containing them for use in combating pests, in particular in combating insects infesting plants and animals. The novel compounds are particularly active against larval stages of feeding, plant-damaging insects.</p> |
