The flask (1) has a rectangular section and is closed by a cap (3) which carries the distributor. The flask is enclosed below a top membrane which has a small central opening (2). The lid clips over the edges of the container at the side lugs (4). The distributor consists of a horizontal cylinder which has a diametral hole (10). The cylinder is supported in end trunnions and has a knurled surface (11) to allow the cylinder to be rotated to open or close the opening (10).
