<p>The external rear-view mirror for motor vehicles has the outermost part, when seen from the vehicle, of panoramic shape, and merging smoothly into the flat innermost one, the mirror being undivided. The join between the two portions can be formed by a gradual decrease in the curvature of the mirror surface. The panoramic portion can be convex, parabolic or otherwise curved, the degree of curvature varying over the mirror surface.</p> |
