<p>The automatic food-distribution equipment is mounted between cages, and comprises a hopper with filling funnel, discharge openings at the bottom, and food troughs. The edges of the troughs (c) have hook-shaped lips (c4) detachably securing them inside the cages against the edges of the discharge openings (b1) formed in the hopper sidewalls (b2). There can also be grooves in the trough edges for cage wires, so as to hold them in position, while drain slots (c2) for water are provided at the bottom.</p> |
