PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonic acid gas control valve unit capable of performing supply of hot water and carbonic acid gas without time difference, only with valve operation of a mixture faucet without using electric power, and a carbonate spring supply device utilizing the carbonic acid gas control valve unit.SOLUTION: Provided is a carbonic acid gas control valve unit comprising: a hot water introduction plug 1 constituting a hot water passage thereinside; an operation cylinder 2 attached to the hot water introduction plug 1, including a slide plate 3 operating with water pressure and a spring for energizing the slide plate 3 thereinside, and provided with an open hole 22 penetrating a lid plate 21; and a gas control valve 5 attached to the open hole of the lid plate, having a gas control rod 54 for controlling supply of gas, and having a tip part arranged in the operation cylinder.
