PURPOSE:To obtain a multiple-shaft actuator which is capable of generating a drive force for all axial directions with only one set of magnetic circuits by constituting a movable coil for drive force generation with plural cylindrical coils having a common central shaft. CONSTITUTION:Coil wire constituting a cylindrical coil 14, 15 is wound around the cylindrical coil slantly from a plane at a right angle with a central shaft and the inclined directions are differently opposed. A bobbin 16 around which each cylindrical coil is installed on a part to be driven 10 and the part to be driven 10 is flexibly retained by means of a diaphragm spring 11 and a suspension 17 and is supported in ''z'' axis in a movable fashion. The said part is also retained in such manner it may swing in ''x'', ''y'' directions with a lower end part 10 as a fulcrum. In addition, each cylindrical coil 14, 15 is inserted in a magnetic gap 18 formed with an annular permanent magnet 7 and an upper and a lower yoke 8, 9. Under this constitution, it is possible to generate a drive force in all axial directions of ''z'' axis and ''x'', ''y'' axes only by using one set of magnetic circuits. |
