PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation structure that is excellent in a heat insulation effect with a relatively small thickness, is a simple structure, and does not require ozone layer depletion gas or greenhouse effect gas in manufacturing, a heat insulation sheet and a building material, and a building material.SOLUTION: A heat insulation structure includes a first infrared reflection layer having a black layer on its one-side surface, and a second infrared reflection layer arranged at a position of facing the first infrared reflection layer with an interval so as to hold the black layer.
