摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate troubles requried for position and angle adjustment of reflex mirror and the like, and to enable miniaturation of a device, by a method wherein a semiconductor laser element and a photoconversion element are housed in a common cooling device, and a flexible light transmission line is used at a part of a light path. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor infrared laser element and a photo quantum type infrared detecting element are housed in a cooling device 1, and the two elements are cooled with a common coolant. The laser element is connected to a photo connector 3 and the detecting element to a photo-connector 4 through an optical fiber. A cell 10 filled with samplings is held in a cell holder 9, and optical fibers 7 and 8 connected to the photoconnectors 3 and 4 are optically coupled through connectors 11 and 12. A synthetic resin layer and a protection outer layer are applied on the outer circumferences of the photofibers 7 and 8 to hold an sufficient flexibility. This enables an easy connection of the two elements and an object to the analyzed and causes a free change in a relation position between the cooling device 1 and the object to be analyzed.
