PURPOSE:To arrange so that a torque may be transmitted even when the relative number of rotations of an input part and an output part by arranging the second connection body in a clearance where a soft magnetic body which closes a magnetic circuit with a low magnetic resistance and a magnetic piece which constitutes a heteropole are opposed to each other. CONSTITUTION:On the first connection body 3 on the same axis as main shaft 1 through a bearing 7, a hystersis magnetic plate 8 is fixed on a main shaft 6 on a concentric circle through the intermediary of a support 10, opposed to a magnetic piece 2 through the first clearance 9 with the main shaft 6 supported in a freely rotatable fashion. On a surface equivalent to the diamagnetic piece 2 side of the magnetic plate 8, a copper plate 11 consisting of an electroconductive material is fixed. Thus this magnetic plate 8 and the copper plate 11 constitute the second connection body 12. On the diamagnetic pole 2 side of the magnetic plate 8, with a space provided in an opposite position, a soft magnetic body 1 is fixed on the first connection body 3 through a nonmagnetic body 15. Under this constitution, it is possible to minimize an inertia on the output part and maximize a torque when the relative number of rotations is nil. |
